Cancellation & Booking Policy

Partially flexible rates’

Upon reservation, we require 100% prepayment. You can book directly in this website, in a secured way, by credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express), following the ‘Book Now’ button. You can cancel or modify your booking until 40 days before arrival. After this date, your booking will be non-modifiable and non-refundable.

From the moment of booking until departure, we provide a comprehensive, private concierge service to our guests to ensure that they can enjoy their time with us in the best possible way and fully relax. We assist with restaurant reservations, ski equipment rentals, ski lessons, arranging a private chef, and any other requests or wishes you may have. Additionally, upon your arrival, our private concierge, Lea Szabó, will welcome you and assist you throughout your stay. She can be reached at +36 30 293 6806.
